1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one jw899 account. Opening, operating, or being associated with multiple jw899 accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the accounts in question.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, valid Pakistan mobile number, and date of birth. You are required to notify jw899 promptly of any change to your registered details by contacting jw899 support. jw899 will not be liable for consequences resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

jw899 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or operate your jw899 account on your behalf.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jw899 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received via SMS. You must not disclose your jw899 Login details to any other person, whether a family member, friend, or any other third party.

jw899 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be activated from your jw899 account settings after login. Once 2FA is enabled, all login attempts from unrecognised devices will require an additional OTP verification step.

jw899 will never ask you for your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from jw899 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jw899 support immediately.

5 Deposits & PKR Cashier

jw899 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (State Bank of Pakistan instant payment network), SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and USDT via the TRC20 network. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate displayed at the time of transaction confirmation.

The minimum deposit at jw899 is 200 PKR. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by jw899, though individual payment provider limits may apply depending on the channel selected. jw899 does not charge platform-side fees on PKR deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are separate to jw899 and are the responsibility of the account holder.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jw899 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Detection of third-party funding is grounds for account review and potential suspension pending full KYC verification.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at jw899 is 500 PKR. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. Where this is not possible, jw899 support will contact you to confirm an alternative withdrawal method.

jw899 targets withdrawal processing times of 3 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank are processed within 24 hours. jw899 does not guarantee specific processing times but will use commercially reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification check. Where your jw899 account has not yet completed full KYC verification, jw899 may require you to submit identity documents (CNIC, passport) before the withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement applicable to all Pakistani players.

jw899 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, jw899 will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to respond before a final determination is made.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jw899 offers various promotional incentives to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadan, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and HBL Pakistan Super League season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds.

Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds credited to your jw899 account must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before the resulting real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed in different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements — contributions are detailed in each promotion's terms.

jw899 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. 8 Game Rules & Fair Play

You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money PKR bets. Failure to understand game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund of wagers placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including network disconnection, server error, or game software failure — jw899 will apply the following resolution: incomplete game rounds will be cancelled and the corresponding stake returned to the player's PKR balance. jw899's determination of the correct resolution for technical malfunction events is final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jw899 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Pakistani authorities:

• Registering more than one jw899 account, whether personally or through a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using jw899 for any commercial purpose, including operating on behalf of third parties;
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any jw899 game, cashier system, or promotion;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with jw899 games or cashier functions;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jw899 game;
• Using jw899 accounts for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior notification to jw899 support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jw899 support staff or other players in any jw899 channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

jw899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any jw899 account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where jw899 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or presents a risk to jw899 or other players on the platform.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, jw899 reserves the right to void any bonus balances, forfeit any real-money balance derived from prohibited conduct, and initiate recovery proceedings for any funds disbursed in error. Where the account closure is not due to misconduct by the account holder, jw899 will return any legitimate real-money balance to the holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Account holders may request closure of their jw899 account at any time by contacting jw899 support via WhatsApp, Telegram, Live Chat, or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the account holder's registered Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account following completion of the required KYC verification.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jw899 platform — including but not limited to the jw899 brand name and logo, game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of jw899 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jw899 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any jw899 content without the prior written consent of jw899.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jw899 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jw899, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of access to your account, or inability to use the platform due to technical issues beyond jw899's reasonable control.

jw899 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. jw899 may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects platform availability. jw899 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise the duration and frequency of maintenance periods and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your jw899 account. jw899 is not responsible for personal financial decisions made by players and strongly encourages all Pakistani players to set and adhere to personal PKR spending limits.

14 Privacy & Data

jw899 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with the jw899 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 15 Amendments to Terms

jw899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jw899 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or Pakistan mobile number associated with your jw899 account, or via a prominent notice on the jw899 platform itself.

Your continued use of jw899 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using jw899 and may request account closure via jw899 support.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of jw899, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. jw899 is committed to resolving disputes with Pakistani players fairly and efficiently.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact jw899 support via WhatsApp, Telegram, Live Chat, or email at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. jw899 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to reach a final resolution within 14 calendar days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, jw899 will advise on the applicable escalation process.
